Payment

→ We accept PayPal or Credit Cards only.

For PayPal e-checks your items will be made and shipped only after the payment is cleared.

Shipping

All the info about your package and order status can be found in the invoice here on Etsy: https://www.etsy.com/your/purchases
You'll receive the note from Etsy once your order has been shipped.

→ Shipping method:
• All packages are sent via International registered airmail.
• Tracking number, delivery confirmation are already included.
•When your order ships, you will receive a Shipment Notification Email. This Email will provide you with the date your order was shipped.

→ Terms & Delivery time:
• All cases are shipped from EU. Order is usually expedited in the next 1 - 7 business days (not counting weekends) after clear of payment.
•Item is shipped from Europe - shipping overseas takes around from 11 - 14 days from sending usually, but can be slowed by delays - sorry I can do anything about these situations.


→ Shipping address:
• We send order to Etsy shipping address and not the PayPal one. Please, make sure it's correct!
• You can change shipping address after purchase if your order has not been shipped. Please, convo us with the correct address as soon as possible.
